CLOSING AFTER 85 YEARS

After 85 years of service, Arthur Kelly and Maureen Kelly, co-owners of The Joseph F. Kelly Company, Inc. announced the closing of the family owned and operated business as of February 1, 2012.

In Appreciation

We thank all our present and former employees for their hard work, dedication and professionalism. We thank the Labor Unions, their members and Business Agents, who we worked with over the years. We thank the Associated General Contractors of America, Connecticut Chapter and Connecticut Construction Industries Association. We thank all our subcontractors and suppliers who performed so well for us. We appreciate and thank the many architectural, engineer and construction management firms we worked with, in addition to municipal officials, building officials, fire marshals, and inspectors.

We appreciate and thank all the public and private entities for the faith and confidence in entrusting us with their many construction and construction management contracts through the years, especially Yale University and the South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority, with whom we have enjoyed over a 45 year working relationship. We thank the cities of New Haven and West Haven in addition to the other municipalities we worked for.

Four generations of Kelly family members have made this business their life's work. We our proud of our family, our company, our projects and our accomplishments and wish all of our associates continued success.
